“Booked via the app. G / KA Ajay did not turn up, answer their phone when called or reply to messages. Customer service provided their number and also said they attempted to contact G / KA Ajay too. Perhaps there is a glitch in the app and G / KA Ajay were never notified or they never notified the app to say they were away. Regardless that's 3 hours of waiting with no explanation, out of my day.”

Hello, We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused, As we are a franchise operated business all communication regarding delays or cancellations should come from the franchise directly. The number provided in the confirmation email is the number provided from the franchise, They advised this number required to be updated to which we have now amended. The franchise owner advised us that they would reach out to you to discuss this matter and apologise.

“Danny carried out my full valet last week and I am very pleased with it. It had been a couple of years since the inside had been done and it now smells so good and is so clean! The outside is really shiny and looks amazing. I will be booking again.”

“I had a full car valet carried out by Yasser and Waqar who did an amazing job in cleaning both the inside and outside of my car. Both valeters spent hours cleaning and polishing the car which had been neglected for a while. I purchased the vehicle when it was a few years old in 2016 and I can honstly say after the valet the car looked like I purchased it many years ago. If you reside in Yorkshire, I would highly recommend using Yasser and Waqar. I will be using Fresh Car again and telling family and friends also.”

“I recommended you to my daughter but unfortunately she got a very rude and late man who managed to damage her car seats from oversoaking them and she now has to pay for a new seat the guy was not interested in compensation of any kind and the company are useless, keep telling her to claim his insurance but can’t get anywhere with them. Avoid at all costs it’s a very expensive valet”

Hello, We’re very sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience with one of our franchises. It’s concerning to learn that the valeting did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold, and we understand how upsetting it must be when damage occurs. We take these matters very seriously. As we are franchise operated business, Claims for damage are held against the franchise which attended and carried out the valet. We have requested to obtain the invoice of the repair work your daughter had carried out to allow the franchise to send this to their insurance. Unfortunately we have not received this as of yet. Once we obtain this invoice we can proceed with assisting in making a claim against the franchises Liability Insurance. We're sorry to hear about your experience and we hope to be able to assist with the claim once we obtain the necessary information.
