He did not turn up on time given,did not clean roof properly ,was leaving doors handles un clean with fungus had to tell him to clean up. Paid 75 punnds. Would not received it.

Absolutely awful service, 15 years. I have been in chauffeur industry, using car washes daily and they do a better job for £15 than these idiots did for £140, turned up late, ruined headliner, stained newly dyed leather seats with splashback from chemicals, failed to clay bar, failed to polish, exterior was left with marks all over it, new scratch to body work which was just out of bodyshop. Inside plastic left with white residue, presumably from a dirty wet cloth been quickly wiped over, rather than advertised special products. The guy was in too much of hurry to get back home and do his "side Job" Don't touch them with a barge pole. Offered £30 refund. Will cost me hundreds just to undo their "work"

If you are getting a girl called Mandi in the Manchester area avoid at all cost. I paid for a showroom valet which is £140 and when I got in my car there was still dust in the vents dirt and dust round the peddles, the roof line hadn't been cleaned at all. To top it off there was still all mud on the mud guards luckily I got a refund but I’d never use this firm again.

Please don’t use this company especially the one in Essex. I paid for a full valet but they didn’t even touch it, a big disappointment. You been warned DO NOT USE FRESH MOBILE CAR VALET.

Hello Tongai, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I believe a member of our team has been in touch with you to discuss this matter directly. The operator has confirmed that all aspects of the full valet were carried out on your vehicle. Unfortunately, with the vehicle not having any mats or seat covers as protection to the day-to-day elements in which you work in, the valeter was unable to restore some aspects of your vehicle as the surfaces are damaged. Roof lining is not included in a full valet so this wouldn't have been touched on the day. We understand the conversation had to be cut short due to threatening behaviour over the phone towards our operator and one of our team members. Please note we have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse and foul language and this is the reason why we were unable to come to a better resolution with you. Fresh Car Valeting

All in all a terrible experience. Firstly I booked a £75 valet. On the morning of the valet, Mandi called to say she couldn't do a wet wash at all inside or out due to the poor weather conditions which is absolutely out of their control and understandable. Appointment was booked for 9:30am. Mandi arrived at 10:05 with no communication about being late. She proceeded to do an interior vacuum, dash and windows. She told me the office would provide me with a partial refund on my service because of the weather. According to Fresh she should have confirmed the amended price before completing it. She didn't. I should also have asked. Fast forward a week I e-mailed Fresh to chase my refund. No response. I called and it turned out Mandi had "forgotten" to tell the office I needed a refund. Meanwhile the boot wasn't vacuumed properly, and the windows are all streaked. Charged £45 for the partial vacuum when a mini valet is only £45. I recommended this company to a friend but I have got them to cancel now after they looked at my car. Absolutely would never use them again, poor service all in all and no value for money in them. Head Office were friendly but unable to take any action on the very very poor service I received. Avoid like the plague.

Please note that our operators can sometimes be delayed by traffic or a previous appointment and we advise you at confirmation stage to allow a 30-minute grace window for them to reach you. I understand the price of £45 would have been the price we usually charge for an Interior Standard Clean, which is the equivalent of the services provided on the day. We agree however that this should have been discussed on the day and a refund organised straight away. For these reasons, your valeter has now offered to provide a full refund which has been processed by a member of our team today. We would love to get a chance to make it up to you in the future and hope to see you again soon, in weather conditions that will allow us to provide the full service to the best standards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYMORE WITH THIS LOT - very poor, I booked a full valet and he gave up after 40 minutes of washing the outside of the car only, I was charged £25 for just washing the outside only whereas I could of taken it to a garage and put it through their carwash for a similar result no doubt at a fraction of the cost, no attempt at cleaning the interior at all, no attempt at old decal marks (which I have sorted out now with just some hot soapy water & a bit of elbow grease myself). They must be too busy or not need the work, or wanting to get back home to watch the world cup instead of doing a job...

I'm not sure why there are so many positive reviews of car valeting since Fresh Car Valeting doesn't actually do any car valeting, their own terms and conditions make this very clear - "The Company does not provide Car Valeting Services and the Company is not a car valeting operator." They just pass the work to the various franchisees they have signed up. They are a middle man - charging you more for the convenience but a bog standard service is what you'll get. The reason that this is important is that the quality of work is so variable - firstly, their website vastly over estimates how much time will be spent on your vehicle. For example, their "Signature Valet" is "Up to four and a half hours" - you'd be lucky if even half that time was spent cleaning the car. Unless you're watching the actual cleaning too, you won't actually see if they do use the clay bar at all nor if they actually use wax. In my case, the quality of finish was pretty disappointing - not discernibly better than a drive through car wash. The inside was clean but nothing more than a quick vacuum and polish. And the finish on the paintwork definitely did not suggest it had had a clay bar treatment, hand polish and wax at all. It's not difficult to see why - "From £120" for their "Signature Valet" but Fresh will take their cut and pass on less to the valeter, the valeter has 2, 3 or 4 jobs booked for them and an incentive to get through them asap, and they aren't generating the work so they don't really care. Plus any negative reviews like this one don't reflect on them personally. Their app and booking system is extremely convenient but the service doesn't match - effectively you're paying a premium for a pretty standard service and from someone that has an interest in making money from valeting but not sufficiently to start their own business, and get a proper reputation for themselves. Go for the less convenient option but the one where you are actually doing a deal with a company that actually does the work rather than contracting with a company that runs a franchise and just passes the work and the liability on to others.

We also have a dedicated customer service team with whom you can raise any issue you might encounter. We always aim at finding a suitable resolution as quickly as possible, in agreement with the local franchise owner, whether it is a return visit or a compensation. We do however need this solution to be agreed with the business owner as we can't make a decision on their behalf ourselves. Very disappointed with our valet, initial booking had to be rescheduled several times (not my decision) and then the actual clean was not of standard. Windscreen still greasy, wing mirrors not cleaned, centre console missed and the additional antibacterial fog was not deployed. Estimated valet time for my car was 4hrs. Completed in less than one. Made the mistake of paying ahead of time. Will never do that again

Had appointment booked in today at 14:45, received message at 13:30 asking to reschedule due to ongoing job. I advised have someone viewing my vehicle later this evening & no response!! Totally unprofessional service, Avoid!!!!

Having been the recipient of a valeting gift card, my allotted valeted bailed on me twice. Subsequently I called the company who eventually after 3 calls acknowledged that the valeter’s van was off the road indefinitely. It then took a further 4 calls over a two week period (during which numerous promises of call backs were made, non of which happened) that I eventually got them to refund the monies which they said would take up to 5 days. Trust me steer well clear of this organisation

Used Fresh car service to wash my car & will never use them again or recommend anyone to use them. Charlie the one washed my car left scratches on my wrap & refused to take any responsibility.

Booked a deep clean in South East London only for the very obvious things not to be done. Being he arrived an hour and a half late I was behind in my daily errands and didn't notice some things until my car was in the light. My windows weren't done, down the sides of my chairs weren't hoovered, the small hard to get to parts you're supposed to clean weren't touched, there were streaks on the plastics/glass of the interior amongst other things and he's refused to come back and do the job properly! I will be taking the matter further. What I paid for didn't get done. Disgraceful, especially in a season where people are struggling financially

Had previously used Fresh regularly pre-pandemic however the most recent valet was very poor. Agent put it down to it being raining at the time and promised to come back but I never heard from him again.

Avoid. I chose these guys ahead of using my car as a wedding car for a friend the following day, purely on the back of such positive reviews. I chose a "signature valet" which claims to "return your car to showroom condition". It includes everything, a full valet, polish, claybar treatment, wax and a layer of 12 month sealant, paying the extra money due to the long term protection offered and the assurance that given picking their top package, they'd do a great job. Their cleaner turned up on time, but wasn't particularly chatty, that's fine. Popped out a couple of times to check he was ok and didn't want a drink, but he was happy working on his own. A little over 3hrs after he started, he knocked on the door to advise he was complete and asked if I wanted to check the work. I went out with him and was initially pleased he'd managed to remove some scratches a bush had caused the weekend prior, but I was surprised he couldn't tell me in any detail what products or treatments he'd used, he mentioned polish and wax, but not that he'd used a clay bar at all. Also unfortunately the closer I looked the more and more disappointed I was with the work done. As we went around I pointed out a few things he'd missed and he gave them a wipe with a cloth (the same cloth, regardless of it being dirt, polish or wax), I pointed out so many things that I thought I'd leave him to give it another once over and headed back indoors. He didn't seem to have much interest in this though, and rang the doorbell again a few minutes later to say he was done. I joined him again, pointed out more issues and some of the same issues were still there on a second check, whilst he tried to remedy them with his cloth again, he just kept standing there waiting for me to point out the next bit rather than showing any care or attention to detail and looking the car over himself. As such I have no confidence that any of the protective coatings have been applied properly, particularly as they've all been applied over the top of dirt or polish. He offered no apology at any point, just stood there wanting to go. Being completely honest, the standard of finish is nowhere near worth £130, most of the stuff I pointed out I'd have had issue with even if it was a £30 valet from the guys on the high street. The front bumper is still covered in bugs and debris, the skirts haven't been washed properly, just wiped with his lucky cloth, and there's polish all over the black trims and surfaces that hasn't been wiped away. There are also multiple patches on the paintwork too where wax, polish or dirty water hasn't been removed, the windscreen has small smears inside and out, the side windows still show moss in the door surfaces, there is a cigarette butt and bits of sticks still in the grille, the surfaces of which are dirty, the interior has sticky marks and the seats are still covered in dust and crumbs as the pictures show. I called the head office before I let him leave and they said I need to speak to him directly, so I did, but after 20mins of standing outside with him, multiple opportunities to remedy the issues and getting bored of pointing out the same things one by one I got so frustrated with him and the situation that I sent him away. They also said he could come back another day to complete the job, or offer a refund himself. At no point did he offer any of this himself, and I'm so disappointed that I've wasted so much money on such a poor job from someone who didn't seem to care about his work. I'll now need to re-clean the car before the wedding tomorrow around my work, childcare, caring for an ill wife, and preparing for the wedding. I've tried calling Fresh on three occasions since he's left and they haven't answered. I welcome their call.

I was gifted a 2011 Fiat Punto by a family member to help me out during a difficult time. Granted it was very mucky when I got it, seats were heavily soiled etc. For this reason I chose to book and pay for the highest tier valet Fresh offered, a £140 signature valet which promised to leave my vehicle in showroom condition I’m not naive I know the car wasn’t going to be like new but I at least expected it to be clean for £140. I was extremely disappointed, the windows were filthy they hadn’t been touched. The interior had been poorly vacuumed and there was debris all over the carpets. The plastics inside were smeared and most areas didn’t look touched at all with mud evident, sticky patches on cup holders etc, the vents were dusty hadn’t been touched. The exterior only had back to black applied to the tyres none of the exterior plastics were touched, the wing mirror had dirt on it still so yeah that wasn’t touched at all let alone back to black on the plastic. The paintwork admittedly is not the best on this vehicle however the swirls etc they promised to get rid of with clay bar treatment were still there so I highly doubt it had been clay bar treated. The more I read their description of a signature valet which promises deep interior clean, steam treatment do get rid of odours…roof lining cleaning …showroom condition..paint restored with clay bar…the angrier I get and the more ripped off I feel. I honestly believe that because they showed up and it was just an old Fiat Punto not a Lamborghini they felt like they didn’t have to provide the service they were being paid for…the seats are still dirty the door interior wasn’t touched, the plastics are dirty and smeared the windows weren’t cleaned at all. Even family members agreed with me the standard was poor considering what I paid. I contacted them with pictures but zero response …I suffer with severe social anxiety due to being autistic so I never speak up or complain about things unless it’s really bad….I’ll just take another rip off on the chin and chalk it up to experience. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend
