I booked a full valet and was texted on the day to say the gentleman had a problem with his hose and pressure washer and had to go to Bristol to get it fixed. He said he could still do the valet but later that day, if it got fixed. Sadly it wasnt fixed in time so we rearranged for another date and time. That day and time arrived but I didnt receive any contact and no one arrived. I waited, and when I chased, I got no response. I contacted the office and explained what had happened and all I received was an automated email saying a full refund had been issued to me. No acknowledgement of what had happened, no apology, no explanation, nothing. I'm grateful for the full refund but for me, it was awful customer service and I definitely wont be recommending or using this company again.

Unable to book a valet as the web site does not function. This has happened twice before and I have had to send an e mail instead. On the web site, whatever date you choose, they tell you it is unavailable.

Really poor clean from this company, the valet didn’t even show me around the car to see the work he had done. I expect this was due to the dirty areas which he completely missed. I had to get it cleaned again. I contacted their customer services too who were equally as useless.

We are really sorry to hear that your valeter never arrived. It appears there was a glitch which accepted the booking without allocating it to a valeter. I believe a colleague has been in touch to offer to reschedule your appointment with a discount and we do hope to hear from you soon!

Big disappointment take 10 hour to doing smart repair and all what I'm get it was the panel paint with the wrong color over sprays on other panels and seals.

I purchased a signature valet for my Land Rover Disco 4. This is only used on the road never off road. The franchise operator never did half the jobs listed, he never cleaned the head lining. He didn't use 'back to black' on any plastic. Door shuts still have road dirt. Wheel arches are still dirty. Boot hinges have grass in them, never hoovered. Black leather seats now look grey and 'foggy' he didn't moisturize them. Smears on windows. Dust left in door pockets, never hoovered. Very poor service. Response from Fresh was, results vary depending on age of car, my car is in very good condition and mud, grass. dust and cob webs in hinges doesn't take long to clean. Very disappointed, I would not recommend Fresh. I would have liked to talk to Fresh about this but no offer of a call or number provided, they hide behind email.

I just had a valet out, booked to do a signature package + engine bay clean. First off, he was about 40 minutes late from the 8am start time. Then, just now at 12:15pm he's told me its too hot and he's not feeling well so is cutting the valet short, it's 17 degrees outside. While he's done the outside of the car, the interior is not done, it hasn't been vacuumed at all, none of the seats cleaned, nothing inside as per the signature service has been done, and he's left me no choice but to just accept he's now leaving, I can't force him to stay now can I. Didn't even offer to come back at another time. While he said he'll process a £50 refund (£160 booking), I'm pretty annoyed to be honest with the whole experience. I've now go to still go and get the interior done somewhere else. To be honest, I get the feeling he's just having me on and he's running late for another appointment, if he was sick, fine, come back and finish it off another day. Don't just leave and say sorry, but that's it.

Not good value for money at all. I could have done better myself in half the time. Your employee did not seem to notice the dirty wheel hubs or mud in the wheel arches. My wife had to show him how to clean and what to clean. The inside was barely adequate with back shelf not cleaned. I could not believe that for £80 there was no waxing. We feel thoroughly over-charged and will not be returning or recommending.

Absolute rubbish service I got. Paid over £115 for Interior Deep Clean & Full Sterilization Cat B, not even close to finish the job. Done within 1hr, even it says 3hr job. Only vacuum, wipe and exterior wash nothing else to what it was advertised and for slap on the face the company employee gave £10 for a fund? What a joke, never recommend it at all.

When the Guy turned to up clean our motor home he was clearly upset and embarrassed, as he had been given the wrong information and therefore did not have the right equipment or materials for the job. I even had to provide and foot the ladder for him to wash the roof. Since then we have not even been able to get a receipt for the work, never mind the compensation offered.

Used the Essex branch of FRESH. Paid £150 for the signature interior and exterior valet. Sadly the results were pretty poor. The interior is cleaner thean before but nowhere near " showroom condition'. Also as the fabric dried areas have white residue on. The exterior clean was also poor, almost half the listed steps were not carried out. No evidence of waxing or clay bar treatment despite them coming back to wash it again after I complained. All in all I am extremely disappointed, and would not recommend using this company especially if you are based in Essex.

Poor service. Shoddy clean inside and out. Smeared windows and what marks inside. Polish on windscreen from dashboard. Car window rims were not cleaned properly, seats cleaned and looked great when finished as not dry but dried out worse tan prior to clean Complaint made and no response in 4 weeks Would never use again

Second no show in one week. Last week they cancelled a few hours ahead of time as it was 'too cold'. Today they cancelled with 10 mins to spare due to 'van trouble'. I'm self employed so have now lost a whole day's wages waiting in vain for valeters to turn up when they said they would. Avoid.

Hi Tongai, A member of our team has been in touch with you to discuss this matter directly. The operator has confirmed that all aspects of the full valet were carried out on your vehicle. Unfortunately, with the vehicle not having any mats or seat covers as protection to the day-to-day elements in which you work in, the franchise owner was unable to restore some aspects of your vehicle as the surfaces are damaged. We understand the conversation had to be cut short due to threatening behaviour over the phone towards our operator and one of our team members. Book for a valet ..hour and half late ..cleaned inside missed the roof lining..lost the tie that straps the parcel shelf up..cost £127 ..I called emailed pictures over but no response..wouldn't recommend

Turned up 1 hour late no explanation. Was supposed to take 3 hours for the valet did just under an hour. Didn’t do half of what I paid for. Spoke to fresh car and they didn’t help. Overcharged and underperformed. Never ever again.

Firstly, this is not a dig at Freshcar. Just my honest experience. I can see by the reviews that the majority of users were highly satisfied with the service. I went for the full valet, "brings your car to showroom condition" Dan was on time, with a small child in tow. He got to work immediately and , as it was at my workplace I left him to it. He finished the job more than an hour and 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. I checked the car inside and out and noticed areas that were "NOT to showroom condition" The wheels weren't clean between spokes, carpet in driver footwear not cleaned, areas between seats and consol not even touched, marks where sticky residue were had not been cleaned off and biggest error of all, windows not rolled down so tops of glass were still dirty! To say I was disappointed with the service is an understatement, I was fuming. With an engine bay clean too, this had cost me £160! I contacted head office and agreed a £40;reimbursement but in all honestly the job still cost me £120 and I could've had the same job done at a local drive in wax and wax. Oh! Seats were ringing wet and took almost a week to dry out! The car was full of condensation this whole time. The car now smells damp instead of fresh and clean. Would I use again? Based on my one experience, no I wouldn't. It was a poor service carried out by someone who's heart didn't seem to be in it. A great shame. I gave a single star based on the refund I received.
