Appalling service. Booked the £75 valet service to be here at 9am as someone is coming to buy the car at 1pm. Nobody bothered turning up, not even as much as a courtesy call to cancel. Tried phoning their office, phone just constantly ringing. Unprofessional and a total waste of time. Avoid.

Hi Lee, We're really sorry to hear that your valeter did not show up this morning, especially for such a time-sensitive valet. I believe a member of our team was in touch with you shortly after your message. Our valeter is unfortunately off the road today and we are sorry for the last minute cancellation. We do aim at rescheduling appointments as soon as we can when we are unable to come to you but we completely understand this is not possible as you are selling the car. We would like to apologise once again for the short notice and failure to attend today.

Had a booking for today, no one turned up. Not even a message to notify me of the cancellation. Since it’s a franchise, i wild advise that if you are not working on bank holidays this should be reflected on your booking

We're really sorry to hear your valeter did not come on the date and time you had initially booked. We aim at letting you know as early as we can when we are unable to come to you as planned and it looks like this was not the case this time. We are discussing this directly with the franchise owner to make sure this doesn't happen again. In the meantime, we have noticed that your appointment was rescheduled to a new date and thank you for giving us a new chance!

Unreliable and hopeless! Hopeless. Booked a valet for 8am. By 9am with nobody having showed up I used their ‘live chat’ to ask what was happening. Ten seconds later I get a text from the guy supposed to be coming the valeting that he has to cancel as he is not well. But offers to rebook for me. We declined. Service dreadful and won’t be using this lot in future. Am guessing it’s a franchise business so experience probably varies depending on where you live. Our advice is if you’re near Chelmsford and get offered ‘Himanshu’ don’t touch him with a barge pole!!

This was the respond I got from one of repair guys(Vidmantas Zukevicius) in Edinburgh "Thank you for your enquiry for our SMART repair service. I have had a look at it and unfortunately I am not able to help on this occasion.Too much of damage. some parts needs to be replaced".I don't understand how you get this rating, It was a little dent on bumper, I think when there is not enough profit on the job they just come up with any excuses. I took it to my own local garage and they said %15 repair and %85 part replacement.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you feel unsatisfied. Unfortunately the repair was to big for our mobile repairer, We unfortunately don't do part replacements and our mobile repairer felt this job was too big to be carried and would need part replacements which we don't service for. I'm sorry we couldn't help on this occasion but Vidmantis contacted you back with the correct response as he isn't able to assist with the repair. Thanks for your understanding. - Danielle

Terrible service, wheel arches were not cleaned along with rear window and internal windows. Was told local franchise would call to rectify, however 10 days later no contact at all!

Used this company after it was recommended to me but disappointed. Paid £75 for full valet plus £40 for a fog treatment that was supposedly supposed to clear an odour but made no difference at all and the general cleaning was simply not up to scratch considering what I paid. The fellow who came out was lovely but the quality of the cleaning was lacking. I would not use them again.

Hi Sam, We can see your valet took place in July. Did you contact the valeter to inform him you were unhappy? Most valeters have customer check the valet before they leave.

Ridiculous waste of time and money. Even with pictures of proof that job not done properly coming with no electricity had to pay neighbour to use hers. Then when i asked why he was not hoovering the dirt that i could see he said he cannot so i ending up helping him hoovering myself. Totally embarrassed will only get 50% back so lost £45 for the inconvenience and still had to pay for it to be done.

HI Flo, I'm sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience with us. I do apologise for that. We understand that you offered to help on the day with a smaller nozzle for the hoover but note we do not expect our customers to help on the day, nor do we usually ask for electricity. We are fully mobile and using your electricity is only an alternative should you wish to reduce the noise in the street or if there is an issue with the valeters generator. Which in this instance, The generator was broken and you then asked your neighbour if it would be ok to use theirs. Everything seemed ok with this until after the valet was carried out where you then informed us you had to pay your neighbour for the use of their electricity. I'm led to believe that you accepted a 50% refund for this and everything was discussed with you via email. I'm afraid with you accepting the refund there's not much else I can do as the complaint has been closed.

We chose the top valet for £140, and it was absolutely a waste of money, it looked nice and clean at the time they left but as soon as the seats and roof started to dry out I could see white water marks coming back on the seats and the roof was still filthy, also you could see some kind of residue on the doors and dashboard, I rang them up to inform them and they said to book it in for another valet that I would have to pay for again, pfffft as if! I asked them to come back and go over it again and their response was a flat "no, the marks won't come off" what a contradiction, they'd have come back for another paid valet but said they couldn't get it clean, the man was very obnoxious and rude, told him I won't be using them again and I'd be writing a not so good truthful review and he said good luck with that and put the phone down, I would not recommend these robdogs at all.

I paid for a 2.5hr clean the guy was only here 1hr 30mins, and you could clearly see once why…..the finish on my car was left all smeary,I opened up the boot and one of the back headrests hadn’t been wiped and when I lifted them up,you could see the back seat on top hadn’t been wiped,the boot area where the lock clips in there was all muck still around that,I wiped all the inside around the boot area after he left with a damp cloth and it was dirty. There was a mark on the drivers seat and I asked will that not come out? He said no if it’s still there it’s in the fabric….I got a damp clean cloth and wiped it and it came out right away,the reason for the clean was mainly to get the seats deep cleaned This was ment to be a deep clean I paid for….I have a Fiat 500 and it was pretty clean to start with so the guy had an easy job….I’m really disappointed as I could of paid £20 for a normal inside and out clean at my local car wash,and I paid £83,which is a lot for a really bad job,also the guy that came to do it was really miserable,not a smile or nothing Won’t be using this company again

The service provided on the car was not up to standard. Things were missed off and it was a disappointing experience for the £75 paid. However nice the valeter was, we feel we got the mini valet and not the full. Upon being emailed for feedback, I was honest and was told by Sheila I would have back within a couple of days. Now been two weeks without communication. Very disappointed. We will not be recommending.

Wish I had read all the reviews before booking with this company absolutely unprofessional valet never turned up after cancelling the day before because of weather which cant be helped said same time following day so we waited all day no show and no response when called and text really disappointed and I have emailed the company to discuss this still no reply definitely will be using someone else.

Glasgow area. Valeter contacted at the exact time he should’ve been starting the valet (I had just emptied the van) to advise his equipment had broken down and asked how urgent the job was. I advised I was flying out next day and needed the interior cleaned as works were being done to the van when I was away. He said he’d struggle to get to me tomorrow morning due to other bookings (how he planned to service them is anyone’s guess considering his equipment had allegedly broken down) but that he’d try to get to me later that day or worst case midday tomorrow. I heard nothing by 430pm so I chased to be told he’d neither attend that day or the next day! Total nightmare trying to arrange a replacement valeter in time. Awful service. Avoid.

My car had two small scratches which I needed covered up. After the job was finished I have different coloured paint over the area and the scratches are still visible. Sorry but had I known this I could have made a better job myself .

Stoke on Trent area - arranged an interior valet for 27/07, email message said valeter delayed by hour or so. Rearranged a seperate date 10.30 am as unable to wait on the original date, again email message recieved saying valeter delayed by 1 hour. As of time of writing it is 1.30pm - no further message recieved and valeter not shown up. Absolute joke - steer well clear

Expensive for what it is! Honestly I was expecting more. The £20 car washers did a better job than a full signature valet at £220!. I had to re wash the wheels myself as half of it was missed! Not at all items listed were completed such as the exterior plastics dressed back to black.

It was a very expensive car wash. My inside was left with marks on the doors. I gave feedback afterwards and was asked to send photos and customer services said they would get back to me. I heard nothing. Will not use again

Made an initial appointment and got a text on the day saying machine was broke. Thought I will give another chance and operative had personal issues. Made a third booking and operative didn’t bother turning up. Asked for a refund and since 24 June, 11 days ago, it appeared as pending in my account and is still pending. Communication Fromm operative was poo. If you don’t want the job don’t take it and the money and mess people about.

Seen some young lad from flint driving round in the van with the business logo plastered all over it and he’s got balloons in his mouth! Doing that while in the van driving! Not a good look, was in the tractor with my boyfriend and as we turned in the field he put his finger up to us? For what reason? Rude won’t recommend him to anyone
