“I found the first telephone contact unhelpful when I explained I usually paid by direct credit card. However the second telephone contact took me thro paying in the way the system required , and could not have been more helpful ,thank you. Andrew Jenkins PS Delivery of crate was very sucessful and on time.”

“There was an issue with this order in that the delivery company took the consignment to Shneffiled whne they should have delivered it to Southampton. The error was in the Postcode in that it had be written as S18 2FWQ - ie the letter O was missing. However, this was preceded by the word SOUTHAMPTON WHICH should have alerted the carrier. I was advised by email on the Friday, last week that the congnment had been delivered but I could find it nowhere. Thisa was finally resolvewd and delivered yesterday.No email was sent that it was out for delivery nort that iot had been delivered. Luckily IU went around the back of the house and found in the evening. Probably not your fault. Wine is excellent and I have no issues with your comnany, especaially, as you have offered to refund the postage charge.”
