“I was looking for a unique vintage of a Wynn's Coonawarra wine which they had in stock at a great price. The website was easy to use and PayPal guarantee that you get what you ordered. I took all their stock in the end so I have a few extra for my own cellar. The service was excellent and rapid, however APC delayed my delivery for some unknown reason. Then simply ignored any instructions and dumped the case in full view on the pathway. I came back for a second order so I guess we'll be looking forward to receiving it on time.....”

“Thank you for this and look forward to drinking this lovely PN However just a point re the payment through Paypal, I was charged delivery having spoken about the order to one of your staff who inferred this may not be charged as the small difference of my charge and your policy So the deal of twelve discounted is swallowed up with delivery not the result I was looking for and I guess you lose the reason for doing the deal on this basis and your slogan of 'why buy from us' is lost. However if I reboot an order in the future we can perhaps do a quid pro quo? Let me know regards Bobby”

“everything was great except the delivery instruction were not followed, they just dumped it at my front door and not at the requested place , so was sat there all day for anyone to take”

“There was an issue with this order in that the delivery company took the consignment to Shneffiled whne they should have delivered it to Southampton. The error was in the Postcode in that it had be written as S18 2FWQ - ie the letter O was missing. However, this was preceded by the word SOUTHAMPTON WHICH should have alerted the carrier. I was advised by email on the Friday, last week that the congnment had been delivered but I could find it nowhere. Thisa was finally resolvewd and delivered yesterday.No email was sent that it was out for delivery nort that iot had been delivered. Luckily IU went around the back of the house and found in the evening. Probably not your fault. Wine is excellent and I have no issues with your comnany, especaially, as you have offered to refund the postage charge.”

“I was looking online for a particular wine I had tried recently. It showed that Frazier had that wine and I thought Idorder 3 bottles. I continued browsing and saw the quality and value of their white wines and thought that I would continue and order a box of different wines to taste and hopefully enjoy. The wines I have enjoyed so far have been beautiful with lovely taste and aromas. This is an honest review and I have to say what took the edge off was the delivery cha. He rang the bell and I answered, spoke to him and went to let him in. I live on the upper floor of an apartment of 12. The chap put the box at the gate of the gardens and left me to deal with a very heavy box.”

“Wine is fine, Delivery not so good , we waited in all day on the said delivery date and delivery turn up next day. Very poor when you are sent a delivery time and date and it is not kept or sent a message to say it would not arrive.”
