“I was looking for a unique vintage of a Wynn's Coonawarra wine which they had in stock at a great price. The website was easy to use and PayPal guarantee that you get what you ordered. I took all their stock in the end so I have a few extra for my own cellar. The service was excellent and rapid, however APC delayed my delivery for some unknown reason. Then simply ignored any instructions and dumped the case in full view on the pathway. I came back for a second order so I guess we'll be looking forward to receiving it on time.....”

“Brilliant item, but just bitterly disappointed with the packaging. It was a bottle of whiskey, which was packaged upside down, so quite a bit of the whiskey has leaked out and the bottle was absolutely covered in the stuff when it came. It had to be thoroughly cleaned. Luckily, the bottle came out alright. Not perfect, but alright. The worst part of it is that its a present for a friends 50th, and nowhere near as perfect a gift now as it should have been. I emailed the customer services department at Fraziers around 10 days ago now and I've heard absolutely nothing. Probably best to maybe side-step these guys if you want quality items arrive in perfect condition.”

“The reason I am ordering the wine from your company is the good quality of wine an very competitive prices. However your coupier service is , I have no other word but, pathetic. Every time I fill the boc with information that the parcel may be lefr in the Pub accross our entry door, or on next door shop, the delivery company inform us that they could not deliver!!! And God knows where the delivery is now... I am giving one star for delivery as the quality of wine is not subject of this review”
