“Top quality wines at reasonable prices; easy to order online, discounts available for cases and bigger orders, great variety from around the world. The gentleman I spoke to after first failed delivery went out of his way to endure that the delivery was dispached as soon as possible, and was extremely professional, kind and apologetic. So the only thing that somehow keeps hapening is that the couriers they are using either do not read the delivery instructions given with the order or they read it and then ignore it and do not leave the delivery with our neighbour shop because we only trade in the evening. If a buyer nominate the neighbour to receive the delivery, then I do not understand what is the problem. However the quality of wine and the companies good reputation far outweight the small delivery incinvenience.”

“Placed an order. Order accepted. I was notified of the estimated time of delivery. The parcel containing 11 bottles (they didn't have anymore in stock !) was delivered on time. No drama to report. The process worked like clockwork. Would I use this firm again - most definitely.”
