“I must express my deep disappointment from my interaction with this company, particularly during my phone conversation with them. When I called to discuss an issue I had with my recent purchase, I expected a level of professionalism and empathy regarding my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The individual I spoke with displayed a dismissive attitude and responded with a curt and insensitive remark: "So what!” This type of response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in customer service interactions. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. After emailing their head office, I received a response which again confirmed my opinion of this company. Instead of addressing my complaint with professionalism and understanding, I was met with a dismissive and defensive response. The manner in which they handled my complaint was anything but satisfactory. Rather than acknowledging my concerns and offering a solution, they chose to question my understanding. Instead of taking responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, they shifted the blame onto me. Overall, my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with their customer service and handling of complaints. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend to others based on this experience.”

“Brilliant. Tasted the wine (2016 Refletsde Cissac) on Saturday. Ordered online on Sunday. Delivered first thing Tuesday. exceptional service - as is the wine!”

“The speed and ease of service was excellent. Let down by the Royal Mail since we could not track the delivery which arrived 3 days later than stated. Other than this, extremely happy with everything.”
