I must express my deep disappointment from my interaction with this company, particularly during my phone conversation with them. When I called to discuss an issue I had with my recent purchase, I expected a level of professionalism and empathy regarding my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The individual I spoke with displayed a dismissive attitude and responded with a curt and insensitive remark: "So what!” This type of response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in customer service interactions. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. After emailing their head office, I received a response which again confirmed my opinion of this company. Instead of addressing my complaint with professionalism and understanding, I was met with a dismissive and defensive response. The manner in which they handled my complaint was anything but satisfactory. Rather than acknowledging my concerns and offering a solution, they chose to question my understanding. Instead of taking responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, they shifted the blame onto me. Overall, my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with their customer service and handling of complaints. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend to others based on this experience.

Absolutely VILLAINOUSLY stained and foxed label of premium wine supplied. In no way acceptable. Fraziers should be ashamed for trying to pull this shabby deception. I am appalled at this nefarious practise.

Please allow us to address your concerns. The wine in question was part of a private collection, and we are acting as the agent in their sale. As indicated in the product description on our website, these bottles may exhibit damaged and or stained labels and capsules due to their age and provenance. We understand that this may not meet your expectations, and for that, we apologise. Our intention is never to deceive our customers, and we appreciate your candid feedback. The ordered bottle had an older label on the website. But the delivered item was the latest label. Hence an inferior product, not what I was looking for.

Wine is ok but ParcelForce delivery was hopeless. Wine wasn't delivered to me but to another address, half a mile away. Fortunately, the nice folks who took it were honest otherwise we would have been up the creek. They came round and put a note through our door and we went round to collect it. And the 'proof of delivery' on the ParcelForce tracking website was a black rectangle. Hopeless service for a box worth £450. Fraziers should look again at their service and change their shipper.

Been sent an invitation to write about a review about my recent purchase which hasn’t arrived yet!!? I have emailed the customer services at Fraziers and had zero response. All in all not a great experience and the purchase was for a significant birthday which will now be a belated present so all in all not good at all.
