Great prodict selection and quick to reply to an email query. Unfortunately order was not delivered on the requested date but three days later which slightly spoiled the leaving gift.

I am sure the wine is lovely. Unfortunately it appears the delivery driver left it on my doorstep not my safe place. And if course it walked!! Waiting to see how this gets resolved.

Goods dispatched fine and arrived safely. Parcelforce were poor. Did not attempt a delivery 2 days running even though 'track my parcel' gave time for each day. Very annoying. Use another courier, Fraziers!

We love Gris Blanc, so ordering this wine is always received happily, however using Parcelforce as your courier was shocking, didn’t come as stated using Parcelforce 24, was due Friday… didn’t arrive until Tuesday, which was disappointing as needed it for the weekend.

It's perhaps unfortunate that I have been seemingly sent an automated request for a review when a week after purchase, my item, which I paid postage for separately, still hasn't arrived at the recipient: Ordered Thursday 8th and paid £6.95 delivery. Later that day received a dispatch notice with ETA for Monday 12th. Didn't arrive. Then had a notification it was out for delivery Tuesday 13th. Didn't arrive. Parcelforce tracking said they'd been nobody to accept the parcel. At 2.30pm in the afternoon in an office building with 500 people in East London. No card was left. Wednesday 14th Parcelforce were on strike. Same Thursday 15th. So, at very earliest, it'll have taken 8 days to deliver (assuming it arrives tomorrow). Whilst I appreciate this isn't Fraziers problem as such, it is they, not me, who chose Parcelforce as the delivery company, despite there being strikes on? Nevertheless, Parcelforce missed 2 days of delivery opportunities anyway before they went on strike. I feel a bit cheesed off paying £7 for delivery for a company known to be going on strike. Couldn't Fraziers have offered alternatives? Or put a notice on their website that they use Parcelforce? I'd have gone with a different supplier had I known Parcelforce were expected to deliver during a strike the week before Christmas. 3 stars as the price of the product was competitively priced and comms have been ok and dispatch seemingly quick too.

Great website. Dispatched the champagne quickly. Disappointed with the personalised label which was creased at the top when applied and looks cheap.

Quick delivery but the wine did not taste good at all. Not like other cremants I have tried - very disappointed.

I recently made 6 separate orders for fine wines, totalling about *£450. These were 2 bottles each for 6 friends. Subsequently I get 6 emails asking bout the rating as a customer. 6 emails addresses to my friends but my email asking what I think of them . They were gifts for Christmas. I responded earlier that you web site Is hard to navigate. It took me more than 2 hrs. To place those 6 orders. You have great wines and a very reliable delivery service but the process around it is painful.

On the whole Frazier's offers a good selection of wine at reasonable prices. My only comment on that front is "can we please have more "ORGANIC" wines to choose from?" My main issue with Frazier's is their recent switch to Parcel Force for deliveries, no doubt done as a cost-cutting measure. Anyone who has experience of Parcel Force knows how dreadful the service is and, like me. could probably fill a page with horror stories involving delivery delays, having to traipse miles to collect from depots, etc, etc. I definitely think Fraziers should reconsider this unfortunate decision otherwise they will risk losing customers. At the very least, they should consider offering customers the choice of opting for alternative delivery services, even if it means paying a little extra.
