“Delivery was a disaster. I paid for next day delivery, stayed home to wait for it, and somehow the courier (APC Overnight) missed 4 successive delivery days despite giving their assurances on each of those days.”

“Have placed two orders so far and not had any problems with either. The overnight delivery is excellent and always on time. The packaging is really strong and recyclable. Will be placing further orders with Fraziers.”

“Really easy to deal with - I'd put in the wrong postcode and they contacted me to try and sort out the failed delivery! Also, significantly better prices than elsewhere when buying in reasonable quanitities.”

“Wine is fine, Delivery not so good , we waited in all day on the said delivery date and delivery turn up next day. Very poor when you are sent a delivery time and date and it is not kept or sent a message to say it would not arrive.”

“Ordered online and collected a crate this week. half a new Shiraz to try and the rest Snapper Rock Sauvignon Blanc, which is our favourite white wine. Enjoyable conversation with the memebr of staff who served me.”

“After going to a lovely restaurant we wanted to find the exact year of a bottle of Malbec that we adored at our meal. Fraziers Wine Merchants was only one of 2 places that had the exact bottle available. Their customer service int he phone was great and in point. A great Father's Day surprise for Hubby and one also for my father both going to different places. I ordered online with different delivery options of which they phoned stating to on of the deliveries for Father's Day I they would have ti change the courier. To advise the customer of this I felt was extremely thoughtful. Both bottles arrived the next day just in time for Fathers Day. Packed excellently and enjoyed by both parties. Thank you for such an excellent service.”
