“Really good. Customer service was excellent. I wrote an email because my order hadn't come yet. They responded straight away and the board was delivered about 3 days afterwards. It's nice to not be forgotten about.”

“Love my farstick board, the quality is great and love all the stuff you get with it, the bag is so handy and you can fit loads of things in besides the board, love the board itself and fell in love with paddleboarding”

“Even though I wasn't a customer (yet), the Fatstick team were very helpful answering questions I had about a second hand, older model Pure Art board - which lead to me purchasing second hand. Unfortunately, the seller wasn't honest and the board was not well looked after. BUT.. This gave me a good look at the Fatstick quality, which lead to me deciding to buy brand new instead. Very happy with the team and my purchase.”

“The service from time of order to delivery was really good. I spoke with Andy at the company HQ for his advice prior to purchase. Whilst I'm relatively experienced his opinion was valued and backed up what I was thinking. The board and kit looks great but due to the terrible Kent weather at the moment, I cant review how it rides. I was recommended Fatsticks by a friend and would certainly go to them again.”

“Hi Bought two dryrobes for myself and daughter. Absolutely perfect. Good quality and fast delivery. I queried advertising as states free canvas bag but didn't receive. Contacted customer service and they said hats are free now but would send bags if they had any. Grateful for pointing my query out.”
