“After ordering a complete valve and being told it was simple to fit I am flummoxed how you are meant to fit the female part without splitting the board! I have phoned Fatstick, left voice messages and emailed but had noone return my plea for help. I am extremely disappointed as all I have done for years is sing the praises of my board… but of customer support is none existent then it leaves me with no alternative but to seek a new board elsewhere .. seen as i have a board with a faulty valve I am unable to fix!”

Hi Sam, I am sorry you felt the need to write a very poor review after all the emails I have been communicating with you to help you sort your issue with your board valve which had developed a issue after a few years of use, I am more then happy to keep assisting you. Kind regards Reuben
