“I order my 12' 6" tourer board from Fatstick and was delivered the very next day which was fantastic! I've had the board just over a week now and has been out multiple times.. It's been used in the sea around the Isle of Wight, which can get rather choppy at times! Especially when I took it out to no man's land fort in the Solent from Seaview.. I was able to maintain balance incredibly well on this board as the sea grew more unruly.. The quality is superb and the customer service rivals anyone else! I also got the seat upgrade which is also of high quality but I usually stand up so have yet to use it.. But it could be used as a beach chair if needed. I also got the FatStick dry robe which.. Yes you guessed it, of high quality and incredibly comfy! All the logos are stiched and not print which is great! I got the drybag which is of decent size and great quality. No water is getting in that! I will be getting the carbon paddle in time but the one the board comes with is great quality, I've just always wanted a carbon paddle. 100% recommend! #staysalty!”

“Great board and have loved my few outings on it already and had some great comments about how stylish the board looks. I do have a slight issue with the pump and emailed Ruben on this so waiting to hear back. I keep seeing these boards being recommended to newbies on the FB groups I'm in and everyone seems happy! “Have been considering an inflatable bodyboard for a while and checked what we would need to be able to take them in our hold luggage abroad . We were looking for something quality that we could use while away without getting stung by the airline outsize baggage fees. Bit at the same time enjoy them while on the waves . We just catch a wave and belly out no tricks just a small amount of steering . When these arrived we inflated them and they were solid as …. Same as the padel boards you see at the lake a. Real thick material. So are obviously happy with them . Alao is seems that these are better at catching the smaller waves . Only time will tell-”

“Once I was able to speak to Ruben on the phone - things moved quickly he liaised with the warehouse - sent me the payment link and warehouse location for same day collection. My initial contact on eBay i didn't get any response. So I just kept calling the number until I got a response- frustrating but we got there in the end / this was a delay of two days”

“Excellent communication, service, and great products. We purchased a couple of carbon paddles the other year, and recently bought two hard SUPs, an inflatable kayak and an adaptable seat. The seat is mega! Our daughter who's a wheelchair user, but is mobile had no complaints. They all great products! Id definitely recommend Fatstick. The courier used was also good, and arranging a delivery to suit my availability was easy.”

“Pure wood hard sup 10.6 Fantastic board, great looking visuals. Even better in the water, very responsive & glides with ease. Very much looking forward to trying it out in the surf. Came with a great padded bag to keep it all safe & protected when storing or transporting. 3 piece carbon very good as well light & stiff. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend”

“Just bought a Pure Wood solid SUP. Looks fantastic; very light and great on the water, flat; choppy; small waves. Incredibly good value. I would recommend this board to anyone wanting to progress to a solid board: so much better than an inflatable. Rueben went above and beyond to make sure that I got just the kit I wanted. It's also nice to know that you can talk directly to the owner and that a tree is planted for every board purchased!”
