“First time ordering frim Fatstick. I enquired about the boost fin via email on a Saturday, ordered late afternoon and it was delivered first thing Tuesday. Great communication - I received a reply to both my emails. Fast postage and a good price. When my wife let's me, I plan to order a hardboard SUP from fatstick. Thank you.”

“Coincidentally, we only gave the two paddle boards to our grandkids today. They were both suitably thrilled and wanted their parents to head to the beach immediately! However, it was low-tide and so that first experience still awaits. However, I will provide details of their maiden voyages at a later date. For now suffice it to say that i have been very impressed with the high level of customer service offered by Fatstick and also the high quality of the boards from what i have seen - brilliantly packaged etc. and super speedy delivery even to Jersey! Reuben was ever quick to respond to my queries and in a charming, friendly manner. I just feel that this enterprise matters very much to him and there is an unquestionable enthusiasm, pride and even love for his product and i am confidant that,in the event of any unforseen problems, they would be handled in an efficient and friendly way. So, full marks to Fatstick from me and watch this space for further updates1 My sincere thanks to you all.”

“1st off im new to kayaking, did my research as i didnt want to buy anything that felt sub-standard. Found these guys and purchased my first (2man) infatable kayak. It has lived up to my expectations dramatically. For an inflatable this thing is solid once it pumped up. My lack of knoledge lead me into a couple teething problems but ive email the guys at Fatstick Boards a few times and they always have got back to me within a day. They kept me right where i needed them to and did so in a friendly manner. If you're looking for an inflatable and want quality then look no further. Well worth the money for the fun and enjoyment you'll get out of it.”

“I have had a fat stick board for several years which I've been extremely happy with but I decided to upgrade to a wooden menace after seeing it on the fat stick web site and reading the reviews. I ordered the board and it arrived the next day, the packaging was great no plastic but securly packed, The board itself is so far advanced from my old board it's lighter, it tracks really well and looks great and the build quality is as I would expect from a premium board manufacturer. I received plenty of communication from the guys at fat stick which makes you feel special as a customer.”

“Love my farstick board, the quality is great and love all the stuff you get with it, the bag is so handy and you can fit loads of things in besides the board, love the board itself and fell in love with paddleboarding”

“Even though I wasn't a customer (yet), the Fatstick team were very helpful answering questions I had about a second hand, older model Pure Art board - which lead to me purchasing second hand. Unfortunately, the seller wasn't honest and the board was not well looked after. BUT.. This gave me a good look at the Fatstick quality, which lead to me deciding to buy brand new instead. Very happy with the team and my purchase.”
