“Foil board is very small for a beginner board.( it's not 170L as stated) Front foil is also undersized for a beginner package. Screws and brass nuts did not fit the foil board.”

Hi there, thank you for your review, So sorry you are not completely happy. We believe you perhaps you are looking at incorrect product (Hard Foil Boards). Because the Inflatable Foil Board does clearly state it is 5ft long & lower volume, We believe for the quite low price point our Inflatable Foil Board is very high quality & works well for a lot of riders. “Hi Reuben, here's the review you requested, my board was dispatched and received within two days of me placing the order which I'm very pleased about, and very happy with the quality. Sadly this is not Fatstick's problem or fault, but I stupidly ordered the wrong size board, I wanted a 10'6" pure art, and ordered a 9'6" pure art by mistake,my fault entirely. My last board was a 10' board and unsuitable. So I went to the Paddle Sup school in Ne Hampshire, who use 10'6 pure arts, which worked well for me, and is a great board so that was the way forward, Michelle also thought the same. I made several attempts to call you last week, to get the same message, to busy to talk so email us. I cannot afford the £200 odd price difference, so would have been more than happy to pay for the postage both ways and your costs to if possible swap over to a 10' 6" airstick, that would have been so time consuming for both of us emailing. The board is now in the loft and will be sold next spring. Which is a great shame, so 10/10 for product quality, customer service?.”

“It arrived quickly and was really excited to use it for my swim in Wales. Upon my first use, the velcro on the wrists started to come off. It was very disappointing as this was not a cheap purchase.”

“I bought a tube of repair glue but the tube was only 1/3 full. Only a small amount of glue left after a very small repair.. hey guys.. I've emailed you so get back to me when you can..!”
