“Bought as a present for my auntie , we have been SUP for 5 years now and only use Fatstick, the service , the product are A+ , we shall continue to use them. The carbon paddle its self has been fantastic for my auntie who suffers with Parkinson’s , the lightweight of it makes for her to be on longer paddles. Thanks again Fatstick family”

“My latest addition to my Fatstick kit is the 2 piece carbon paddle. I'm delighted with her, with having used for the first time yesterday during an advanced SUP course. As with all previous Fatstick purchases the process from start to end has been smooth, speedy and easy with good communication throughout. My paddle is simply stunning and exceptional value when comparing to similar weights from other suppliers out there. Thanks guys!”

“Very happy with my Fatstick board. I was offered an ex display board, it came with warranty and an explanation of how it had been used (photo only). It came packaged as though it was new (I’d never have known) and arrived within the times promised. Everything was present and correct. The board is brilliant, easy to bow up (I bought an electric pump after using the manual once, manual is usable but on a hot day that last few psi was too much for me), and easy to put together and use. I thoroughly recommend these boards, very happy with mine.”

“Hi Reuben, here's the review you requested, my board was dispatched and received within two days of me placing the order which I'm very pleased about, and very happy with the quality. Sadly this is not Fatstick's problem or fault, but I stupidly ordered the wrong size board, I wanted a 10'6" pure art, and ordered a 9'6" pure art by mistake,my fault entirely. My last board was a 10' board and unsuitable. So I went to the Paddle Sup school in Ne Hampshire, who use 10'6 pure arts, which worked well for me, and is a great board so that was the way forward, Michelle also thought the same. I made several attempts to call you last week, to get the same message, to busy to talk so email us. I cannot afford the £200 odd price difference, so would have been more than happy to pay for the postage both ways and your costs to if possible swap over to a 10' 6" airstick, that would have been so time consuming for both of us emailing. The board is now in the loft and will be sold next spring. Which is a great shame, so 10/10 for product quality, customer service?.”
