“Hi Reuben, here's the review you requested, my board was dispatched and received within two days of me placing the order which I'm very pleased about, and very happy with the quality. Sadly this is not Fatstick's problem or fault, but I stupidly ordered the wrong size board, I wanted a 10'6" pure art, and ordered a 9'6" pure art by mistake,my fault entirely. My last board was a 10' board and unsuitable. So I went to the Paddle Sup school in Ne Hampshire, who use 10'6 pure arts, which worked well for me, and is a great board so that was the way forward, Michelle also thought the same. I made several attempts to call you last week, to get the same message, to busy to talk so email us. I cannot afford the £200 odd price difference, so would have been more than happy to pay for the postage both ways and your costs to if possible swap over to a 10' 6" airstick, that would have been so time consuming for both of us emailing. The board is now in the loft and will be sold next spring. Which is a great shame, so 10/10 for product quality, customer service?.”

“I’m absolutely in love with my Fatstick Pure Art … its my first board and it’s just the best , so sturdy and solid and easy to inflate and obviously looks beautiful to . So many colours and really would love all of them but have the Blue lagoon. Customer service is just amazing and I’m really so very pleased I choose Fatstick, absolutely the best and pleased to be part of amthe amazing Fatstick Family ❤️🙌🏼”

“After ordering a complete valve and being told it was simple to fit I am flummoxed how you are meant to fit the female part without splitting the board! I have phoned Fatstick, left voice messages and emailed but had noone return my plea for help. I am extremely disappointed as all I have done for years is sing the praises of my board… but of customer support is none existent then it leaves me with no alternative but to seek a new board elsewhere .. seen as i have a board with a faulty valve I am unable to fix!”

“I bought the Airstck package as I wanted a good starter board. It is a very good quality board with everything I need. Fatstick boards can run at higher pressures than the cheaper boards, giving a much firmer board and a better ride. Excellent customer service, I'm looking forward to my next purchase.”

“Amazing!! I love my new (and first ever) paddleboard, the Pure Art Pink Panther. I have been out a few times already on local waters but my dream would be to take it for a paddle in Kefalonia to see the fantastic work that you guys are involved with over there!”

“I’m delighted with my new purchase! Kept my dry and warm on a recent camping trip and looks very stylish. I originally ordered a cheaper one which wasn’t quite right, but this one exceeded my expectations! I am a size 8-10 and have the medium. It’s very roomy but doesn’t look ridiculously big! We were camping in a large group and everyone was impressed with it. Great communication and fast delivery from the company.”

“Very happy with my new Carbon Fibre Paddle. I've been promising myself one for ages and finally got round to buying for a trip to France. It was well protected in the case for the plane trip and was super light on my paddles while away. Looking forward to getting it out again soon.”

“Bought the wheeled bag as a replacement because the bag my board came with was faulty, Andy was really helpful with the problem and I received a partial refund which went towards the new one. The wheeled bag is more than exceptional has loads of room for the SUP and it's accessories, plus has ample room for towels, wetsuits etc, basically everything you need for trip Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting to start out Paddleboarding”
