About Elite Models Online:

With more than 30 years experience in the model retail business having opened our first store in 1988, we aim to supply you with the greatest variety of models at extremely competitive prices. The team at Model World UK strive to provide excellent customer service - we don't just sell models we all have a love for what we do, and we also take part competitively in our hobbies, be it flying helicopters, quads, aeroplanes or racing cars and buggies. We love our jobs - who wouldn't enjoy working with these big boys toys all day everyday!

In the spring of 2013 we moved from our site at Maidstone to our new purpose built store in Sittingbourne where we have been able to grow and expand our offerings to you in a bright and welcoming store. And, in 2019 we nearly doubled the actual shop floor space to bring you even more products and also to allow us to launch the Sittingbourne Lego Store.

We are currently open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm

“The item I ordered online was not actually in stock. I received a call telling me and offered a smaller size than I required, but the supplier had the original ones in stock and could be ordered in. I chose to order in. When the order arrived I started fitting them only to realise the smaller size had been sent which I specifically said I did not want. I have now wasted my own time and money returning them and can't buy others until a refund is issued. Bad experience all round.”

“We had a lot of fun making our propeller driven cars today. The props were quite big so they took a bit of driving, but with plenty of elastic bands we succeeded! The product is very high quality.”

“I orderd some Hangar 9 retract oleos for a 20cc Mustang in May 2024. These were simply unobtainable at the time from any stockists. Elite informed me that I could not expect them before Oct 2024, yet I still asked them to place the order. We corresponded in December when they still had not arrived. I eventually received them in January. The real issue was delivery from Horizon Hobby. I have no axe to grind with Elite as they did what the could to get me the parts that I wanted. Many thanks for your persistence - Geoff.”

“I had tried 2 other companies to obtain a full suite of paints [17 number] for a model and was still missing 3... all of which you supplied to complete the exercise. With the disappointment, postage and packaging costs etc x3 now, I wish you were my first choice. Lesson learnt for next time. Only negative comment, try explaining to your wife who Elite Models Online are on your statement!”

“Unfortunately the stock level on the website did not match what elite had in stock. This did cause a slight delay in delivery however elite models went above and beyond to make sure I received my order before Christmas. Super customer care. Would happy recommend to anyone one else.”
