About Elite Models Online:

With more than 30 years experience in the model retail business having opened our first store in 1988, we aim to supply you with the greatest variety of models at extremely competitive prices. The team at Model World UK strive to provide excellent customer service - we don't just sell models we all have a love for what we do, and we also take part competitively in our hobbies, be it flying helicopters, quads, aeroplanes or racing cars and buggies. We love our jobs - who wouldn't enjoy working with these big boys toys all day everyday!

In the spring of 2013 we moved from our site at Maidstone to our new purpose built store in Sittingbourne where we have been able to grow and expand our offerings to you in a bright and welcoming store. And, in 2019 we nearly doubled the actual shop floor space to bring you even more products and also to allow us to launch the Sittingbourne Lego Store.

We are currently open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm

“My order took over a week to arrive which suprised me considering the cost of delivery etc.”

“Ordered 6 1s 150mah lipos. Was contacted and told only 4 in stock so I said I would just have the 4. I then received 2 more a couple of weeks later. Which I did not expect. As thesr were lipos I did not r xpect to pay 2 lots of postage at £8 each making the batteries cost more than the batteries”

“the boom arm for my MSR 120 helicopter arrived quickly, but the connectors on each end were the wrong polarity ( female) fortunately I was able to use the old cable and resolder a connector on the end”

“The web page showed "in stock" and I paid to have the parcel in 2 days. When I phoned on the third day the response was "I think that was received today we should send it" - this implies it wasn't in stock... I could have saved money on the postage as it took a week anyway. Not that impressed :(”

“Good amount of selection to choose from. I went with the trainer model with it being my sons first one. I personally feel it may be abit pricey for the quality, limited to where we can go with it, as while my son is still learning, each time it falls to the floor the propeller and wheels fall off. Which my son is finding frustrating, as not only is he having to go fetch it, hes also having to make sure he finds all the parts that he needs too. Hopefully it doesnt turn out to be something stuck in the bottom of the wardrobe if his frustration doesnt stop. On the plus side when its flying, it's fantastic, speed is better than I expected and the distance it can go is amazing.”

“The order arrived today. First problem was with carrier, they did not leave a card in the door or contact me, so package was sent back. Second issue was that contact with EM was via email and despite request to talk and confirm concerns were sorted I had no verbal contact and was only assured of correct items being delivered once they arrived. Thankfully the items delivered were as ordered. So the end result was good.”
