About Elite Models Online:

With more than 30 years experience in the model retail business having opened our first store in 1988, we aim to supply you with the greatest variety of models at extremely competitive prices. The team at Model World UK strive to provide excellent customer service - we don't just sell models we all have a love for what we do, and we also take part competitively in our hobbies, be it flying helicopters, quads, aeroplanes or racing cars and buggies. We love our jobs - who wouldn't enjoy working with these big boys toys all day everyday!

In the spring of 2013 we moved from our site at Maidstone to our new purpose built store in Sittingbourne where we have been able to grow and expand our offerings to you in a bright and welcoming store. And, in 2019 we nearly doubled the actual shop floor space to bring you even more products and also to allow us to launch the Sittingbourne Lego Store.

We are currently open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm

“Very fast delivery and super customer service through messenger before you buy and also on the phone with a query after sale, I do have one complaint though, I bought a transmitter with the incorrect instructions and it did stress me out a bit with my build as I couldn’t call them at 2 am, called the next day and got help so not really a problem unless like me, you just have to finish your project even if you only get 2 hours sleep before work 😉”

“Normally into the bigger tanks1/16 but some gave me the Sherman 1/30 scale but couldn’t get it to charge even after getting new battery packs I think it’s a earlier model discontinued so I got the newer version great model for the money so I’m very happy So thank you Elite models”

“Item was dispatched within specified timeframe. Upon receiving item, I had one question about safe product usage which I sent to the supplier. They were a little slow to respond, but the response when it came was helpful, and sorted out my issue.”

“Very professional and very quick service. Only concern was that the seal had been broken in the kit. Not sure why and as a collector I would have preferred it in pristine condition. Overall I would recommend them.”

“The model that I purchased was damaged when it arrived. Hopefully you will be able to supply me a replacement part soonest. I would still use them again as the service has been okay.”

“Customer service is great, only reason for 4 starts is simply because had to wait longer that expected for my parcel. But other that that is all great thanks. Would recommend to people.”

“The order process was straight forward, and given the current virus situation the delivery time was not great but acceptable. The model itself looks great, but I have not had a chance to go outside to try my hand at flying it.”
