“Loved the products I got but am so disappointed about the customer service I got afterwards. I bought 3 christmas stockings with my sons letter but only recieved 2. I told them I could not use them since I have 3 boys, not 2 and wanted to return but did not hear a thing back. Very disappointed!!!”
“You took 10 days to dispatch a christmasjumper and pair of socks. No apology for this. Instead you chose to blame royal mail. Royal mail do not dispatch your orders to royal mail. That is your responsibility. When I complained I was met with no acknowledgement of this being your fault. No proper apology. Instead you apologised that I had been affected by royal mail strikes. You have to send your customer service staff on a training course. I then had to repeatedly request a return label. I won't order from you ever again.”
“Lovely jumper but awful service - I’ve had to return the first jumper because it was too big but the refund process is a shambles! No communication after the 10 working days the item was returned and customer service is impossible to communicate with and when you do get someone they don’t read your email and send you round in circles! It’s completely put me off buying anything from here again!”

“I live in Ireland and had asked for either the vat to be removed or for me to be sent a vat invoice as was charged vat on the irish side too. I got an email saying it says custom duties my responsibility but then I wrote back asking for vat invoice, no reply and emailed again, no reply. This was only a small order but I love your company and wanted to see if it would be possible to order from you in the future. Damn brexit I know but I was very disappointed at lack of communication”
“It arrived smashed to pieces, was packaged in a box far too big for it so didn’t survive the transit. Having had sent pictures of its condition, I had to send it back which cost me £6.95 to receive my refund. 😡😡

“I love the products but to be honest the customer service was pretty poor. It took over 18 days to come and when I emailed asking for an update I got zero replies and still haven't. There's an automated tracking but that didn't work. Put off from buying again.”
“Part of my delivery didn't get sent (travel mug) and I didn't want to pay to return the egg cups/ cards - which is only ordered to increase my order value to get free delivery. My order cost £79, with free delivery over £75. I thought there was an error as the free delivery promotion didn't apply. It seems I was 82p short of £75 and I paid £4.99 delivery and I’d need to pay delivery to return the cards/ egg cups, that I'd impulse buyed. It frustrated me that I couldn't add to the order to get the free delivery and I was stuck with some items that I didn't really want. I love the brand but won't be shopping with you again for a long time.”
