“Wait time was extremely long before I finally received my jumper.
I was given no indication or update on delays or ETD.
The jumper is nice, but transfers fluff onto literally everything which even after washing, is impossible to remove.”

However, it did arrive in a package box that was too small and so part of it (including fabric) was poking out of the box. I was not particularly pleased about this as it was expensive. I am not sure why it wasn’t just packaged in a larger box.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the jumper turned out too big. Our size guides have the chest sizes to fit as suggested by our supplier. Can you let me know which size you used as a guide?

“Fiestly, let me start off by saying I am usual a huge fan of this company. Some really beautiful, quirky products, that are of excellent quality and a fair price.
However, there are big issues within the packing centre. I ordered 3 matching products for our new puppy over a month before we were due to bring her home. Firstly, they was a huge delay beween the original order and the dispatch. Then, 2 x said products did not arrive as planned. I emailed and got a fast response with an apology and to say that the issue would be rectified. A few days later only x1 of the missing 2 items arrived. Messaged again for the second time.... then a week later an incorrect 3rd item then arrived which was of the wrong pattern. I was do fed up at this point and our new puppy was with us so I said thst I would just accept this item.
Staff working in packing wither require further training or more robust processes need to be implemented as this was very poor.
The customer services staff member (Lauren) was very helpful and apologetic. She finally arranged for tge correct item to be shipped, refunded me this product and issues a discount code in case I would use them again. The recurring failures were very disappointing.”
“The products are all excellent and I love them but it took almost three weeks to receive my items, which was disappointing and the card didn’t arrive in time for me to use for the birthday it was intended for. It was January so I think they had a sale backlog, but made me not want to order for Valentine’s as couldn’t be sure I’d receive in time.”
“Order was placed on 1st Jan, as I understand orders were processed from the 4th. I was told up to 10 days for orders to be dispatched, my order was delivered on 21st Jan. A few emails were exchanged and I received no apology even though this was excessively out of the delivery time suggested. Not cool”

“Amazing products but delivery awful. "No room on dpd van" when website says they use royal mail. (Wallpaper via dpd but i didn't order wallpaper so expected royal mail!) Took a lot of emails (many ignored) and finally order split and found a space on dpd van and royal mail. Would i order again? Sadly not.”

Really not happy with the delivery, paid for next day delivery it took over a week ( and yes I do understand we have had Christmas and the covid virus isn’t helping) don’t offer next day if this cannot be done”
