I live in Ireland and had asked for either the vat to be removed or for me to be sent a vat invoice as was charged vat on the irish side too. I got an email saying it says custom duties my responsibility but then I wrote back asking for vat invoice, no reply and emailed again, no reply. This was only a small order but I love your company and wanted to see if it would be possible to order from you in the future. Damn brexit I know but I was very disappointed at lack of communication
