“I’m a big fan of Eleanor bowmers products and design, I have lots of her pieces. However I bought a personalised Christmas jumper on the 30th november for my daughter. It hadn’t been dispatched for 10 days and then took another 9 days for delivery. I know there were postal strikes but it seems a bit out of order considering they knew there was a postal strike to send something out so late that my daughter only got a few wears out of it. She missed the Christmas jumper day at school too!
So lovely products but they need to get their logistics sorted especially around busy times of the year, and maybe not to offer so many products when they can’t manage the posting!”
“Ordering was very easy. Communication re delivery was good too. However, due to post office strike disruption my order didn't show up in time for Christmas. On contacting the company, after new year, I received an excellent response and speedy rectifying of the situation. Many thanks .”
“The print was beautifully printed. However, the outer part of the print was covered in some kind of solid oil and the edges were crimpled.
Luckily I framed the print for a gift so the edges weren’t noticeable.
But the print quality and print itself was beautiful.

One frustrating thing is that I bought this as an xmas gift for my partner and when the package arrived she instantly knew what it was because the company branding is plastered all over the postage box, which ruined the surprise. :(. Would suggest adding a gift option in check out.”

“Beautiful wrapping paper for xmas- I buy every year and am glad you can now include the tags- with one paper the colours on the image are slightly off in that it looks cream on the website but when it arrived was a pale green- still lovely I just need to adjust my colour scheme!”

“I’m a new customer and was delighted with my purchases across the range, cups, cake stand , plates, trays. Stunning designs and great quality.
Just a little feedback the chance to amend an order after placed was not available and I’d made a mistake and then the discount code I had received wasn’t honoured on the correction. It was just a change of two cups and the order was in total £150 and more was placed since £70, So I ended up ordering them from John Lewis who had reduced some items.
Also some goods arrived broken but EB dealt with it very efficiently and replaced the item. However even when the goods were resent the external packaging was very damaged and the boxes and packing not up to the standard of other suppliers.
John Lewis sent their goods in very robust packaging in stark comparison.
