“I love the Christmas mugs and the tea towel looks gorgeous I'm glad they added the hook ;) the Xmas stockings were fab and great material, very soft. I also ordered the Christmas plate for Santa, there's a slight marking on the edge of the plate but otherwise it's a beautiful piece.”
“I’m a big fan of Eleanor bowmers products and design, I have lots of her pieces. However I bought a personalised Christmas jumper on the 30th november for my daughter. It hadn’t been dispatched for 10 days and then took another 9 days for delivery. I know there were postal strikes but it seems a bit out of order considering they knew there was a postal strike to send something out so late that my daughter only got a few wears out of it. She missed the Christmas jumper day at school too!
So lovely products but they need to get their logistics sorted especially around busy times of the year, and maybe not to offer so many products when they can’t manage the posting!”
