Lovely jumper but awful service - I’ve had to return the first jumper because it was too big but the refund process is a shambles! No communication after the 10 working days the item was returned and customer service is impossible to communicate with and when you do get someone they don’t read your email and send you round in circles! It’s completely put me off buying anything from here again!
