“You took 10 days to dispatch a christmasjumper and pair of socks. No apology for this. Instead you chose to blame royal mail. Royal mail do not dispatch your orders to royal mail. That is your responsibility. When I complained I was met with no acknowledgement of this being your fault. No proper apology. Instead you apologised that I had been affected by royal mail strikes. You have to send your customer service staff on a training course. I then had to repeatedly request a return label. I won't order from you ever again.”
“I love Eleanor Bowmer products and designs and my house is full of her wonderful creations. My rating isn't a reflection on the products or the after care service, it's the purchase to delivery. I don't seem to have a very successful purchasing experience - I either get faulty products, the wrong product or it doesn't turn up :( and it takes a very long time from purchasing to receiving the goods.”
