“The product was lovely but delivery took 17 days, which meant it didn't arrive in time for my sister's birthday which was really disappointing. I sent an email 10 days after ordering asking if it would arrive in time for a specific date and if not could i please cancel. I got a generic answer back about delivery delays that didn't answer my question. I'm really disappointed and the service will stop me ordering for a gift in future.”
