“The products are all excellent and I love them but it took almost three weeks to receive my items, which was disappointing and the card didn’t arrive in time for me to use for the birthday it was intended for. It was January so I think they had a sale backlog, but made me not want to order for Valentine’s as couldn’t be sure I’d receive in time.”

“I love everything I have - and everything I have gifted from Eleanor Bowmer. My one disappointment was a sale purchase - a gorgeous notebook. Postage cost half as much as the notebook - and then took 3 weeks to arrive (meaning it came way after the birthday it was purchased for). I did comment at the time - and received a polite response. It won’t stop me buying in the future, but I won’t rely too much on promised delivery dates.”
