“Hello,I love my articles they are great. My daughter loved her Easter bag and good idea to put a lining inside that is easy to wipe off, just incase the chocolate melts! I love the plates and forks!! However I understand that shipping can be from different warehouses hence sent a different times, although ordered at the same time, except living in France I have to pay twice the taxes with various articles sent separately and it limits buying abroad.I know it not the company's fault it's just very frustrating that since Brexit it's more expensive.

“Part of my delivery didn't get sent (travel mug) and I didn't want to pay to return the egg cups/ cards - which is only ordered to increase my order value to get free delivery. My order cost Ā£79, with free delivery over Ā£75. I thought there was an error as the free delivery promotion didn't apply. It seems I was 82p short of Ā£75 and I paid Ā£4.99 delivery and Iād need to pay delivery to return the cards/ egg cups, that I'd impulse buyed. It frustrated me that I couldn't add to the order to get the free delivery and I was stuck with some items that I didn't really want. I love the brand but won't be shopping with you again for a long time.”

“Ordered this lovely print for myself on mother's day. Unfortunately the wrong print was sent by mistake initially, after speaking to customer services- a new print was sent out. Sadly, one of the names on the hands wasnt right and overlapped the drawings. I was absolutely gutted and again spoke to customer services who gave me a refund. I waited over a month to recieve two incorrect prints to then get my money back. Shocking service and customer care. I love eb and all the lovely designs but reluctant to order again due to a bad experience. Very unhappy.”
