“I love the products but to be honest the customer service was pretty poor. It took over 18 days to come and when I emailed asking for an update I got zero replies and still haven't. There's an automated tracking but that didn't work. Put off from buying again.”
“Ordered items on 10/5/22 and delivery was stated as being 10-14 days. Now 7/6/22 and nothing has arrived yet. No emails or texts received to inform me of delivery status. I feel this is a very glossy looking website but the company is literally failing to deliver.
