“I bought the Mother's Day jumper for my mum and followed the sizing guidelines on the website but it was HUGE! I should have trusted my instinct as knew Mum wasn't an XL. Disappointed as it was personalised so it's of no use to anyone - it drowns my poor mum! It was lovely though and would have been great if it had fitted!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the jumper turned out too big. Our size guides have the chest sizes to fit as suggested by our supplier. Can you let me know which size you used as a guide?

“It would be great to have customs calculated in the shipping price like many other sites do. (I'm in Ireland)
My mug cost £10 and then cost another £10 postage and then another £8 in customs. Customs held the mug (a Mother's day one) So it didn't arrive for Mother's day at all.
£28 is a lot to pay for one mug. I appreciate that customs is my own problem, but even £10 to ship one mug is pretty high.
Maybe another shipping method to Ireland could be introduced, with customs included.”
