“Great selection of products, fantastically fast delivery. Only complaint would be having to spend over ?8.00 before vat to be able to order then having vat and delivery put on top meaning i had to spend nearly ?20 just to get the ?2.00 product that i wanted. However i would definitely use the site again!”

“Tried for the first time last week, ordered two bottles of canadian club on Friday morning, they were despatched Friday afternoon and arrived first thing Monday. Well packaged and securely wrapped. I'd use this site again.”

“I was drinking a very nice red wine in a hotel in Berlin. I searched for it on my phone, and Drinks Direct had the very wine. I was able to place my order straight from my phone. The wine arrived in double quick time, and I am enjoying a glass while writing this review. I would use Drinks Direct again. A nice streamlined and fuss free service.”

“Easy to use website, prompt confirmation by email, and overnight delivery exactly as promised, except that the so-called "tracking" link was void of useful information. I was quite irritated at being required to sign that the package had been delivered in good condition, while the driver would not allow me time to actually check the contents ? glass being, well, breakable and all that. An email to the delivery company about that has (so far) not had a reply.”

“everything went very well. until my drinks order was delivered to the wrong address. a similar address but not mine. thanks to the chap who rang me to tell me he had my order. i drove over to pick it up.”

“Used this to send a gift to a client which was great, however it would also be nice to have the option to order for myself at the same time and allocate what drink goes to who. That's just me being picky though!”

“I ordered Ricard, which is difficult to source. In the past, firms have taken ages to deliver, but Drinks Direct were pretty prompt. The price was also good, provided you ordered several to cover postage. I shall certainly use them again.”

“The delivery was very fast and website ordering was easy. As we brought these as wedding favors we wanted them to be glass but most arrived in plastic bottles so they feel and seem a bit cheap. So maybe would be advisable for future customers if each item had what type of material the bottle is made from.”

“Ordered a magnum of Prosecco as a gift. Swift delivery and the recipient was delighted. Would use again. Would have given 5 stars had the info about delivery been sent to the recipient rather than to me. Just a minor niggle where delivery is to a different address but maybe it could be addressed.”
