“My order was precise and despatched on time. However I paid for and requested delivery on the Saturday. The item did not arrive and the tracking system does not allow you to actually track the item other than to know it is in the depot. It was delivered on Monday with no update on the new delivery time or reason for the delay. I would therfore think twice about using your service again as on this exeprience, I cannot trust ordering something which is time critical”
