“I ordered 6x Wyborowa 40% and you delivered a different product, Wyborowa 37.5% (which I can get locally cheaper and without a delivery charge!). I rang and you said it was the same code, which is rubbish. You said you would come back to me with my options but I have heard nothing from you since. Do you even care ?”

“Very pleased with the service we received, from placing order to receiving our delivery was 48 hours, this is a gift for my Sister for Christmas and I know she will be very surprised that I have been able to find her favourite wine in the UK as I've not been able to buy it for her for about 5 year's.
