“Excellent service as usual: the items arrived safely the very next day! I've only knocked off a star because I only bought two bottles and they arrived in a way-too-big, unwieldy twelve-bottle box. Other than that, great packaging! :D”

“Reliable service and helpful option for me to send gifts from overseas. Just wish it had a gift message service available and option to hide prices for items sent as gifts.”

You can enter the gift message on the checkout page by clicking on the slider where you are prompted "Would you like to add a Gift Message?". A box will appear where you can enter a gift message. “Drinks Direct is excellent. Really good choice, value for money and delivery. Just a shame one of the products was slightly damaged. Maybe they could have checked at their end before sending out.”

“Brilliant, fast service. Really pleased with prices of individual items. Only negative was surprise at the delivery charges given that three of the items were in plastic bottles and the overall light weight of the parcel.”

“Over several years I've found D/D to be reliable. They usually have a good selection of the premium spirits I like to gift at birthdays and Christmas and all of my orders have been delivered, on-time and safely. They could improve the gift packing area, but maybe that's asking too much. I'm a happy customer and will return.”
