“I was very impressed by the speed of delivery; having ordered on the Friday, my gift was delivered on the Monday. On time for a Tuesday birthday! My only reservation would be that the price (excluding delivery) seemed a little high, but this bottle is not readily available in the UK, so perhaps this is not reflective of the full range.”

“I've been using Drinks Direct for a number of years now. They are very convenient when sending presents to friends in the UK from overseas (I'm from the USA). The only thing they need to work on is their tracking/updating services. Pretty much most websites would be able to track placed orders from the onset, unfortunately the site doesn't update in real time at all which is very much a drawback. Other than that very happy with the service.”

“Parcel arrived the day after ordering despite only paying for regular delivery. It was well packaged and arrived in good condition however since it was a gift for a member of the household the 'drinks direct' tape on the box wasn't so subtle. An option to make gifts more covert then it would of been 5/5. All in, great service and recommended!”

“Used this company for the first time to order Bull's Blood for a hungarian themed lunch party. Have not tasted the wine yet, but delivery was prompt and the items were very well packed, i.e. 6 bottles in the centre of a 12 box with additional air bags!”

“The website was straight forward to use and my initial order was placed with ease. The only disappointment, albeit small was that the delivery charge was not make clear until the final page. It would be better to be upfront on the delivery cost and not wait until the person has gone through the the order process only the to find the delivery charge. Overall my experience the experience was good”

“Easy to navigate site, good follow-up and updates. Champagne arrived in good time. Very convenient although I would like to see more competitive pricing since once you add the VAT and delivery the price is way over what would be paid at the supermarket. That said it's all about the convenience factor and the reaction from the recipient was well worth it.”
