“We ordered on line to be sent to our stockbrokers 2 dimple whiskies they arrived a day later than asked,however they wer well packed and much appreciated by the receivers.Thankyou I will definitely use this service again.”

“easy to navigate website and rapid delivery. Only problem was - I left instructions for package to be left on porch if I was out, and it was left outside behind recycling bins, which was out of sight, but parcel got wet in the rain before I found it. Bottle inside well packed so harm done fortunately.”

“THERE WAS A SLIGHT DELAY BECAUSE I WOULD NOT GIVE DETAILS OF BANK CARDS ON LINE THAT I ASKED FOR A PHONE LINK BUT WAS OUT WHEN THEY TRIED SOME WHILE LATER, THEY GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM AND THIS WORKED WELL AND WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.”

“Hi, The delivery was timely for my party and the packaging amazing. Unfortunately the light which was the main theme for buying the bottle was defective and went off 10 minutes after turning it on. Can the manufacturer send me a new light? Could I buy more lights from the manufacturer? Thanks”

“Advised me when the item I wanted was back in stock. Excellent Web site which is easy to use. Only issue I had is that I was told my item wad with the overnight courier but two days later still haven't received it. Courier Web site saying it does have my parcel though.”

“the only problem was i checked online and was unable to track delivery missed delivery rang up answer phone to reschedule arranged tuesday it came on monday,luckily i happened to be in on the whole, good quick service but the deliver was more luck than judgement i would use the service again thank you”

“I ordered two bottles of Lanson champagne one with a union jack and the other a Wimbledon cooler 'jackets'. The advertised Wimbledon jacket was the mock polo shirt 'jacket' that I wanted. So I was surprised to receive the yellow tennis ball cooler jacket. I wrote to ask if we could swap or I could buy the polo shirt version.... No answer. But now an invitation to review their service! So top marks for getting the bottles to me promptly (I'd left it late and they bailed me out birthday wise) and what I've got is great and was appreciated by the recipient. Marks deducted for not sending me exactly what I wanted... But what I've got is still good....”

There are usually only limited stocks available of any particular limited edition presentation, and it appears the polo shirt version of the Lanson champage stocks have now finished and moved to the tennis ball version. “All good, except couldn't pay online!! I had to click on pay by phone. A member of staff called, was very polite and took payment. Delivery arrived when they said it would, so all in all it was a good service.”
