“I received a very good service. I found what I wanted, which was actually the best price online, and ordered it! Delivery was very quick, by courier and the item arrived well packaged & protected. The only thing I was not sure about, was that the label looked strange, like it was maybe not stuck on properly, or old? As long as it is the real thing, then I am happy. Thanks.”

“good service only complaint I was asked where it could be left and I said front porch but on the parcel it said leave with neighbour which they did. If you are not going to take notice of instructions why ask.”

“I wanted to get hold of some decent Maraschino cherries and googled to find a source. Drinks Direct popped up as a supplier and also had some bitters that I wanted to try in a cocktail. The on line sale went through easily and I received the goods very quickly. Thank you Drinks Direct.”

“The product I bought was fine, as described and enjoyable. The courier, however, failed to meet their very generous (10 hours) delivery window. The product arrived the day after the email and text notification stated, and I received no update to say the delivery had been delayed.”

“I ordered a birthday gift and found drinks direct very well priced. The site was easy to navigate around and I found the right drink very quickly. However I ordered for a birthday gift and it didn't arrive on time, next time I would pay the extra for quicker delivery but all in all very positive and a happy customer.”

Thanks for your feedback. Your order shows it was placed on a Saturday. Unfortunately the dispatch warehouse do not process orders for dispatch over the weekend. Your order was put forward to be processed on the first available dispatch date, which was the Monday. The order was delivered successfully the following day, Tuesday. The order was processed for delivery as quickly as possible. We apologise if the dispatch and delivery service did not meet with your expectations on this occasion. “I'd run out of my favourite Australian tipple (Mount Langi Ghiran Billi Billi shiraz) and was desperate to find a new supply without paying the earth. After extensive research, DrinksDirect.co.uk came out as the cheapest option by a fair margin. The delivery was prompt and it was a bonus to receive the 2010 vintage which I am assured is the best currently available. The only potential downside is having to sign for the delivery, which could prove an issue if you're not in.”
