“My order for s/s screw eyes and plastic sheathed wire arrived following day. I had mis-ordered the screw eyes. Corrected order appeared the following day. Original screws returned as was the money for them within 4 days. Excellent service. Thank you”

“I received a very quick response when my delivery wasn’t delivered on time but the customer service team where the best I’ve dealt with and the order came through the next day, they took a personal interest to track it on my behalf!! First class and I wish more companies where like this👍🏻”

“I’ve used them three or four times and so far found them to provide good service, quick delivery. Once they sent some stainless wire that tarnished - I sent some photos and they immediately refunded me for those items.”
