“It is amazing how hard it was to find ballcock fibre washers of the correct size, they all get described in terms of tap sizes like 1/2 bsp and such and almost never by the actual dimensions of the washer. I can advise that my washer is 21mm diameter and so finding this here with that info shown up front was such a joy. Fits perfectly, delivered quickly. What's not to like.”
