“The brass mirror plates are fine, except all three holes are countersunk on the same side. The two attaching to the frame should be countersunk the opposite to the hole for the wall.”

“Ordered gate hanger I made a mistake of locking on the wrong screen as I needed two not one so hat to order second one and pay postage twice. All parts arrived in good time to compleat job .”

As our customer service team explained to you a number of times, if you order the wrong product and you wish to return it then the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We conduct all customer service correspondence by email as it helps to keep our prices as low as they are. We have reviewed our correspondence with you and we are satisfied that at every step our staff were very prompt, helpful and clear, but unfortunately they are unable to agree to unreasonable demands.

“Will not buy again as very expensive with their postage. Also thought they sent me fixed ones as the springs didn't work until I used a lot of force. They then worked. Blackspur used to do big packs that were better and cheaper but couldn't find any of late.”
