“Shoddy stock awful customer service. Returned defective items but they won’t return my money. They tell me the items sent are perfect without the benefit of having them to look at and check . Use tool station or screw fix for better price and good returns process”

“My dealings with DIY Express have been excellent all round However I was shocked yesterday with my rather large board order which was made by a lady on her own No help Delivery manager needs a serious reprimand for allowing this She couldn’t manage with the size and weight Me an 80 yr old had to help carry in from van Thxs”
