“I was pleased with my experience with DIY Direct. I had a delivery which included 2 bulbs which were not what I expected, but Customers Service sorted it out straight away and to my satisfaction. The illustration of the bulb did not match the technical description so I had ordered the wrong product, but a replacement was sent free of charge with an apology.”
