“I live in a park home It was difficult to get air vents the size I needed to replace my dirty yellowing ones. Eventually found them on DIY Direct they came quickly with no problems and a reasonable price now my decorated rooms can be properly finished off.”

“Hi Initially i was upset because the pair of hinges I ordered at the end August had still not arrived by last Monday (13th Sept), I contacted you and you then sent me another pair which I received on Tuesday 14th. In the meantime the PO had delivered the original pair. It turned out that that I needed two pairs so I was able to complete the job for a neighbour. I owe you for the last pair and if you give me a forwarding address I will reimburse you the money. These things happen and you have acted in good faith. I will certainly use your company again. I am away for a week from tomorrow so it might take some time to send the cash. Many thanks John Timby/”
