“Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of phone and email communications. Although the order was changed from a plastic to a steel pallet this was managed openly and politely. I know nothing of the aftermarket IBC trade, but there is clearly an established and organised trade in these items. For example the cleaning process is validated with tamper-evident tags on the filler cap and drain valve and some traceability exists through the various labels applied. Very happy with every aspect of my purchase and would use Direct Water Tanks again.”

“I bought a rebottled IBC for rainwater harvesting. It's excellent quality and value. It was factory sealed, proof of the new bottle. Despatch and delivery were a lot quicker than expected and without any issues.”

“I ordered two Ibc tanks and they arrived literally within 36 hours and in very good condition. A slight glitch with the outlets but I received an immediate reply to my email and the problem was resolved without dispute. Excellent service and will definitely buy from them again. Also a great price too.”
