Hi Gary, thank you for your order and for your feedback. These lids are designed to fit DIN51 jerry cans. If they are too small, it is likely that your jerry can has a larger DIN61 aperture. We do sell DIN61 caps, which can be found here: https://www.kingfisherdirect.co.uk/jerry-can-lid-din61-tamper-evident I would recommend measuring the diameter of the opening of your jerry can, if it reads as 61mm diameter, then that would give you a DIN61 lid, if it is 51mm diameter then that would give you a DIN51 lid. “Both packages arrived together and in good shape so no hold ups. The containers appear fit for purpose, strong and robust. The funnel and yellow spanner , I think, are a must have it is more than useful. I think it should be made clear that these are required if you haven't got them already.”
