“I ordered a 220L open-top barrel and the online process was great, but what was even greater is the fact that I received the barrel very quickly. The delivery time surprised me and I will be buying more barrels soon.”

“Product: It is a new tighthead drum barrel with a little rough surface outside the whole. A smooth surface will be much better. Service: Specially thanks to Eric as the delivery department is very careless I gain help from Eric 3 times to get back all the parts finally. I still not using these barrels but I can feel their sturdy and the weight of them.”

“Good, quick service. Bought a cap with a tap for my ibc, the tap is horizontal pointing to 9 o'clock rather than straight downward to 6 as a tap should.”

Hi David, we've had a quick think and think we understand how your tap may be misaligned. If you unscrew your tap and screw it back on, starting at 90 degrees further forward from when it detached, the tap should align correctly. We hope that this information helps, however, if the tap is still misaligned please contact our sales team who are happy to assist on 01777 237933.
