“I purchased this brush only only only because it had great reviews for curly hairstyles to help form curl definition and help form “clumps of curls”. I followed the tutorials I seen online and I wound up with a big frizzy mess and the brush even got stuck in my hair. I spent 45 minutes detangling this brush out of my hair and I would not recommend it. Everything is not for everybody.”

“Hated the brush. Wanted to return it and they make you pay for return ship. No real company makes you pay for return shipping anymore. Not even worth it so i gifted the brush. Never ordering from this site again.”

“i was really looking forward to this product but it didn't work with my 3b curls :/ they came out puffy with barely definition compared to how my hair air dries. i tried it multiple times but it wasn't the brush for me, unfortunately.”

“I have long curly hair, the Denman brush doesn't twist and glide through my wet hair like in the video that I watched. I don't think the brush is wide enough and the hair get caught when turning the brush to get the curl. I'll give it a couple more try's.”

“I’ve been a user of this brand for 45 years! I dry my hair with a hairdryer and use the brush simultaneously to style! I have noticed the bristles are not as heat resistant and are melting causing sharpness to the end of the bristles. Less than 2 months of use!! Very dissatisfied customer!! Normally these brushes last 5-10 years!!”

“I was very disappointed in this new brush. First, it comes apart very easily when I'm using it, which my other brushes never have. Second, when it arrived there was a lot of moisture (water?) between the handle and the bristles. I've used Denman brushes for almost 20 years, and have never had these things happen before. I certainly hope you haven't compromised your standard of quality. Dr. Carol Cole”

“My item has not been delivered despite its status indicates it has been delivered. It is the first time something like that happens. I just wrote to your customer service to discover that it is closed and will only re-open on 7th April. I ordered the item on 15th March and still don't have it.”

“It wasn't the same brush I had and have been looking for. 😭. I have fine hair and these hard brushes just pull my hair other than brush it. It's a denman I use but it has black whatever there calls with little balls on top. I purchased in Asda a few years ago and just thought would try get online.”

I can see from the tracking that the parcel cleared customs in Romania on March 17th and I think it is either being delivered today or is ready for you to collect. “I bought this brush to try to get better definition from my curls. I did all the right things...condition, derange in the shower, etc. but the Denman seemed to make my hair very tangly when I tried to use it, plus my curls are very stringy. I tried taking out every other row of bristles as suggested and it still performed the same way. Ive tried about 5 times now. I am going to keep trying, but as of now I am sorely disappointed.”
