The brush is completely different to the original one. The handle is made out of a different material now, it’s made from cheaper materials now. Very disappointed as I brought this brush to replace my old one. I will now have to unfortunately find a new brand.

Sorry I hate it, my hair gets so static and the white parts in the brush are so sharp they scratch my scalp. Nots don't seem to get out eighter. Don't trust tiktok girls.

Use a Little Product: Try applying a small amount of anti-frizz serum or leave-in conditioner before brushing. This can help reduce static and add moisture, leading to smoother hair. Moisturize Your Hair: Opt for shampoos and conditioners that are specifically designed to add moisture. Products that are hydrating and nourishing can help combat frizz effectively. Run Your Hands Through Your Hair While Brushing: As you brush, gently running your hands through your hair can help distribute natural oils and minimize static. Consider Environmental Factors: During colder months, when humidity is lower, hair can become drier and more prone to static. Wearing woolen textures and hats can also contribute to static. The brush I received had very hard bristles. It’s almost impossible to brush my hair with. I bought two of the same to gift my sister and she also had the same feedback. Hair brush should always have softer bristles for easy brushing, but this brush was very disappointing.

I been using Denman for years. It seems like the quality is not the same. I received my brush a few days ago and only used for a few clients and now my bristles are coming out the brush. I haven't even used it a full 2 days.

I recently bought 4 brushes with no changes.I gave it over a year for Denman to replace the rubber on the D4 9 row and 7row blow dry brush and it still melts sad to say I’m STILL looking for a replacement

I have purchased at least a dozen Denman brushes over many years, all at local hairdressers in the Portland, Oregon area. I ordered a brush from the Denman website as a gift. First, it was late arriving, which has nothing to do with Denman. But when it did arrive, it was of such poor quality that I would not have given it as a gift to anyone, or kept it for myself. I worked with three Customer Service reps, including the head of CS, trying to get a refund for the purchase. I was sent detailed instructions about how to return the brush, no refund would be issued without the item being returned. I can understand rules but I asked for an exception to be made as I am handicapped, do not drive, have limited access to a ride to anywhere etc. Exceptions were not made, only more suggestions for how to return the item. After more than a week of back and forth emails, I just gave up. The brush has been put in a donations box at an area homeless shelter. I will not be purchasing any more Denman brushes. Happily, I have a good supply of Denman items, that are quality, and this was a good learning experience for me. Be wary about purchasing items online that you haven't seen first in person, even from formally reputable companies.

Not truly a 'free exchanges' policy here - you have to pay for return shipping and take it to a drop off point. Disappointing when it's for an exchange and you're still giving them business. Customer service had a 'I just work here' attitude about it.

Received the wrong brush after a month of waiting. After getting in touch I was offered the right one, then later told i would get a refund instead. I went out of my way to order from denman and not amazon, and didnt get what i wanted. trying to support the original company did not work. i wanted the product not a refund.

I had a Denman brush years ago and unfortunately I had forgotten why I gave it away. I find this brush very heavy in the hand, and it feels hard on the scalp. So for me, this purchase was a mistake.

Good quality brush, delivery prompt. Advertised as extra small for short hair.......it was huge so unusable for me. Not worth the hassle of sending back. The buyer pays postage and no refund, just a credit note, this no good to me as I appear to have picked the extra small brush already!

After years since I bought my last lived Denman brush I was so disappointed with my new purchase. The handle was so thin and not comfortable to hold. The overall brush was not up to what I wanted. I donated it to Goodwill. I won’t be purchasing from Denman agaun.

Your previous brush may have been our D5 - 9 row heavy weighted brush which was slightly larger and had a matt finish to the handle. This brush is now discontinued, however we do have our D4 - 9 row brush which is available in both gloss and a matt finish handle. These brushes are the worst I've ever used. The rubber material used has been changed, leading to brushes splitting down the center during the first use. I've bought these brushes twice, and each time, I've experienced this issue. Not only has the cost gone up, but the quality of the brushes is now subpar. JUST TRASH 🗑️ 🗑️ 🤮

The replacement pad/bristles fell apart after almost two weeks. Not used with any heating tools so very disappointed and put off using them in future. Perhaps a faulty batch?

I brought a total of 5 brushes if my coworkers die Christmas thinking these were the brush pads u was given last time after i spoke to Customer service. They broke within the first use, i don’t remember denman brushes breaking down like this they use to be way more durable. Not only did the brushes not last i received the wrong brushes. My order she put in for the all black brush and I got the black and Red ones
